Jun 09,2017The coverage was immediate! I got a plan with roadside assistance and I used it the very same day unfortunately. I really appreciate the speedy assistance and I was taken care of like a V.I.P once the towing company arrived.

Apr 24,2017This is the worst company I ever had as my auto insurance. I was in a car accident 4 days agi. I needed a car rental immediately. My adjuster said he needed info about where my car was financed from and the account number. I provided every info requested from me. After that I called the adjuster numerous times ... no answer. I would call the customer service number and I would have to hold for a lengthy time before an agent spoke to me. I was told the adjuster could only provide car rental monday-wednesday. Since I couldnt reach my adjuster, the customer service would transfer me to the supervisor. No answer from them too. It would go straight to their voicemail. My problem is still not solved. I still havent been able to reach any of the people they told me to reach out to.
