This insurance company is hard to get a hold of and seems to be part of the major insurance fraud schemes where they fake accidents for business profits. Getting a hold of Shane Ramsey or any insurance claims adjuster is like playing phone tag, which is definitely suspicious already.

Es la peor aseguradora que he conocido, super atentos en mi caso donde el asegurado de ellos mando mi moto a perdida total y estoy vivo de suerte porque la persona se atravesó imprudentemente y tienen el descaro de darle la razón al asegurado sin responder por absolutamente nada, esto es realmente injusto por todas las lecciones que me dejo la persona, no descansare hasta hablar mal o la REALIDAD de esta mediocre aseguradora!!! INFINITY AUTO INSURANCE. La peor de todas!!!!! que pena que se dediquen a un negocio que ni saben ejecutar con profesionalismo! acuso a drayarn beacham que fue el ajustador y se la vivio echandome la culpa teniendo todos los detalles en frente! me siento abusado.
This is the absolute worse company to ever trust with anything. They lied to me about payments due..they took money i wasn't aware of but because i needed coverage for both of my leased vehicles I felt trapped. What do i mean by they took my money? Well i was sick with Covid and my insurance lapsed, I called once i was better only one payment behind but my insurance was canceled remember 3 years of no problems with payments, I called in to get the reinstatement cost paid that was almost $700 then i was told I had 30 days to pay another $220 that was taken before the day set and when i called in to inquire about that I was then told I needed to pay another $387 on that following next day and and another $387 the following next week telling me mumbo jumbo which I couldn't for the LIFE OF ME UNDERSTAND why did I just pay all that money??? and when i asked for a refund of the $700 and the other $220 because I just paid it of course it was sorry but we can't and XYZ!!!! I left before the $387 was due but was still told I owe $187 ugh I finally decided to leave after 3 years of not knowing better options are out here and no thanks to FREEWAY INSURANCE the broker they use to sign people up.
THE WORSE!!! My son was involved in a accident over 2 years ago. Infinity charged me over $6,000.00 a year for our policy saying it was because I was at fault for the accident! At the time of the accident we were insured by GEICO. Our insurance broker assured us this was an oversight and that Infinty needed proof I was not the driver. We were told we would be refunded the overcharged amount dating back to when the policy with Infinty was started. Our insurance broker provided Infinty with a letter from GEICO stating that our son Zachary was the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident but to no avail. Infinty says they need a letter with different verbiage! Typical big business that is screwing the average consumer! Stay as far away from this company as possible. I am going to contact an attorney to see if there are any actions I can take against Infinty.
You know, if I could leave a less than 1 star rating, I WOULD! So after the review I wrote on May 6th 2022 where I explained how unprofessional INFINITY AUTO Insurance was and still is!! So,they replied to my review asking for the claim number and pretending to actually care about our situation. They actually told me to reach out if I still needed assistance to reach out via email. Well I DID reach out!! I poured my heart really thinking that someone was going to listen and help us?!?!? Absolutely NOT! Honestly, we still haven't received our Vehicle, it was a fender bender!! It's going on the NINTH week!! Yes 9th week. As a result I have lost my job and my wife is close to losing hers. We've exhausted our $ 600 allotment for a rental like the first 2 weeks!!! The deposit itself is 3 to 500 dollars. So that's 7 weeks we've been out in the water having to pray that the rental place puts the deposit back on so you can even think about renting again! Now our option this week is, Do I pay the car note or rent???!? Again this was a minor fender bender! We both drove our vehicles over to the parking lot to exchange info. Minor. 9 weeks. Took them 6weeks to cut the second check. Six weeks to approve a 3 thousand and change repair check, after we've invested 6yrs.+ Paying our bill monthly , Faithfully.. but I thought that's why you get insured they're supposed to have your back in a time of need!! Well I know this Company DID NOT have our back.
I am very displeased with infinity auto insurance. I was mailed a renewal contract. I mailed it in an envelope with exact payment for my insurance renewal. It wasn't till I received a letter from the DMV on intent to suspend registration on my vehicle 2 months later. Paydays don't exactly match payment dates. I paid a few days late with a late charge. I guess I missed a payment and my renewal was applied to a late payment with out notice a call or email. Here I'm driving around with out insurance risking my vehicle. And the slap in the face was being forced under duress and transferred to a parent company to purchase a new policy. I cancelled my auto payment with bristol cause of it's relation with infinity. I was scammed. Meaning I was cancelled on a legitimate renewal contract with payment. Not 1 notice was sent on a missed premium. On the contrary I received a renewal notice. If you have the means and power seek other insurance remedies. I believe class actions lawsuit suit should be filed for fraud and misleading customers to parent companies. By causing duress. Canceling individuals auto insurance.

Hi, This Is Gayathri Rangasamy. I had filed a claim with infinity on Sep 8th and the car was considered as a total loss. Infinity states that they sent me a cheque on Oct 19th but I never revived. I sent multiple reminders to my adjuster Mr. Richard Sole but he never responded. I called up the customer service but they didn’t no any action than connecting me to the adjuster. The connection to the adjuster always went to voice mail and it was always full. I am totally helpless on how to get back my money ? I am a customer for 3 years with infinity. I am in desperate need of money but I am not getting back my total loss amount. Please do the needful. My claim number - 21123792691. 11/17 - Update - My adjuster reached out to me and mentioned that he will void the old cheque and reissue a new one. I hope to get it next week. One start minimum, this isn't close to right! My wife was rear-ended in my car on September 3, 2021, by an Infinity-insured driver hard enough to snap the rear transaxle and free the rear wheels. (claim number 21123782987) I was busy in the hospital recovering from a coma at the time, so she took the police officer's advice and had the car taken to a tow lot that charged by the day. I called Infinity to file a claim, they took all the information that I had and assigned me an adjuster Jana M***** (extension 1352179) who was supposed to call me within 24 hours. I gave her two business days, no call. I then proceeded to call 1-2 times EVERY DAY FOR 30 DAYS!!!!! She never answered my call. I left DOZENS of voice mails with no response. Her manager never returned my calls. I sent emails. NOTHING. Now I'm fully recovered, it's 70 days after the accident and I've NEVER received a call back from the adjuster, or her manager, or ANYONE in this scam of a company. My car has been seized by the lot while I was recovering. NOW, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO ADJUST????? YOUR INACTION HAS LOST ME MY CAR, YOU THIEVES!!!!!
I was hit by an excuded driver driving the insured famly members car that the insured person that excluded him from there policy allowed him to drive when he hit me, but they are using infinity to deny taking liability for there actions. They are a disgusting company and im trying to figure how to best go about getting my car fixed by the insurance company or the owner and the person that hit me.

My husband was in an accident 7 days ago. We have been calling incessantly since then as we have not heard back from anyone. He finally had to rent a car so he could get to work. I was advised to do this from our agent (never has an agent had to get involved to assist with a claim EVER). Even our agent cannot get a reply from their representative. At this juncture, we deserve a rental accommodation for the inconvenience. The car should be at a collision center being repaired instead it is sitting in our driveway. I have NEVER EVER had an insurance company with such a poor response. This company gets an 'F' rating from us.
Bueno empiezo mi nombre es Abraham mora soy asegurado de esto si se hace llamar seguro e estado asegurado más o menos 3 años gracias a dios sin ningún problema con mis tres carros (TRES) y no es posible que me chocan mando a reparar el vehículo y me dicen rente un carro ok yo lo rento un mes después no hay nadie que resuelva después de haber llamado 20 veces llamadas de 1 hora aproximadamente si no me trancan la llamada me dicen sorry esa es la palabra no se lo recomiendo a nadie además les paso el day para que se organicen y los denunciemos pero yo solo no todos los que lean esto en las oficinas de servicio al consumidor del gobierno a ellos si les resuelven el problema rápido

They’re horrible don’t go to these guys. Take forever for claims, you never speak to your adjuster. So disorganized. Can’t wait til my policy is over next month
I had an accident on July 2nd and I been waiting for the claim adjuster to return my call back. I pay my insurance and In hopes I’ll be taken care of. She haven’t returned my call. Please help!!
THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!!! If i could give it a zero i would. They don't care about their customers, very rude customer agents who actually hang up calls when you're talking to them. A bunch of liars working for this company.

Sep 18,2022Please‼️ do not use this company they are scammers and should be barred from practicing in the insurance. I have two horror stories with this company. The first is after having my car damaged the claims adjuster paid the body shop only the first portion of the check amount. The body shop tried for several months to get the adjuster to come back out but he never did. he would set up a day and time then never show up. End result he never came so I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix the damages. 10 years later I regretfully tried them again due to my insurance agent getting such a great rate and I reluctantly took it. This time I at the end of the policy decided to go with a different company. I paid for a new policy with a new company before my policy renewed with infinit. infinity then turned around and charged my credit car over 12 times in 3 days amounting in over $4,500. they charged the card until it was maxed out. Upon calling them they stated they didn’t see the charges. I called my bank and called infnifty on a 3 way call after speaking with a supervisor they finally discovered that they had billed me multiple times to the effetc of 3 times per day for 4 days from Friday until Monday and as I was on the phone with the supervisor. This caused bills and other things to get charged backed due to the amount pulled from the credit card and causing other accounts not to be able to use that account. After getting reimbursed all the charges they pulled from my credit card over a week later I thought wow! glad that’s over never again. Well a month later I get a bill from them of $312.00 saying they didn’t receive payment one of the months. how? I’m pretty sure you would have taken that out of the over $4,500. you over billed me on a $116. dollar a month policy. Then a couple of days later after sending in proof I was insured by a new company before the new policy started I get a letter from a collections agency saying I owe $312.00 😱 ❌🚷 They don’t care about their customers and will steel from you but want you to not hold them accountable.
