Feb 13,2025I called because the confirmation code was not working. I was passed from one agent to another, before Mr. Watson helped me get checked in and sent my boarding pass. Cumbersome. Whole process, includng "hold times" was about 6-7 minutes' shoudn't have taken that long. I want the website check in to work and hope that it will upon my return
