Jan 22,2025I spoke to a person named Lara. I couldn't understand her. She kept repeating the same thing and telling me she was going to help me, but she never did. I never received a confirmation of the cancellation. I was talking for 47 minutes and she didn't help me at all. It was very frustrating.
