Mar 29,2025Nunca volveré a comprar, ni recomendaría a nadie esta agencia, llame para hacer un cambio de fecha de vuelo y cuando m dijeron cuánto m cobrarían les dije que no m estaban cambiando, que m estaban vendiendo 3 pasajes nuevos. Por lo que no use tal cambio . Para mi sorpresa me cancelaron mi vuelo y lo adelantaron, cobrando el monto que yo no había aceptado, fue una verdadera locura ya que soy sola con mis dos hijos, llamé de inmediato y como el avían tenía una gran demora por mal tiempo me cambiarían otra vez sin cargo alguno, para mi sorpresa m descontaron 277 dólares más por cada pasaje . Son una gran agencia de estafa y por lo que veo en el último tiempo tienen a alguien en su equipo que estafa y ellos lo siguen permitiendo. Aún Estoy en espera

Mar 29,2025Excelente servicio sin duda Excelente servicio sin duda, Me atendió Alejandro Días con mucha paciencia y amabilidad ya que era un poco complejo mi caso, también quiero agradecer a su Gerente quien fue muy amable de ayudarme ya su compañero que no recuerdo su nombre pero me ayudó a finalizar. Les recomiendo que hagan sus ajustes de vuelo con ellos. ¡Muchas gracias a todos!
