Mar 20,2025Was not notified when my first flight was moved up by 2hours hence O had to cancel connecting flight. I now have to travel to San Fransico a day before to make a 7:30 am flight. Your staff insisted they and American airlines did not have my email. Well,I have my email conformation for my booking with you going back to Sept. Never again will I book with a third party

Mar 20,2025Absolute scam company! They make their money off of purposely not notifying you of payment due dates. The reservation specialist were not upfront. I did not receive my refund and lost the rooms I booked.
