Mar 16,20253/15/25 was the final time I called regarding my flight from Newark, NJ to Nashville, TN. Dennis was my representative, and I could not ask for someone more knowledgeable and polite. As an elderly widow without computer skills having Dennis walking me through the process could not have been more comforting. Because of his prompt return calls and calming manner I know my trip will be stress free.
