Dec 30,2024Shane Walker was very kind from the start. I told him I was sick and could not travel in the scheduled date. He was first concerned about my Christmas and my health. He then arranged for a voucher and did a one time waiver of the cancellation fee. Shane was thoroughly professional and addressed all of my concerns with kindness. I could not ask for more.

Dec 29,2024Our cruise trip was truly outstanding!!! I cannot explain how much fun we had with all the activities the ship had to offer. The staff was amazing, I mean all of them. Our waiters at the dinner table, Sujit and Dika, were more than AMAZING !!!! One thing we truly enjoyed were the shows they offered, at the theater and ice skating rink. The one thing that was a bit irritating is waiting for the elevators during the day, other than that I cannot think of anything negative about this trip. We truly plan to take another trip next year 2025!!! Thank you Royal Caribbean !!
