Jan 15,2025I have had a terrible experience with this company. I used them to rebook a ticket and they stated that in case of anything I would receive a refund. It has been close to a year and they are holding my money hostage. The refund was then converted to “credit” with them but even using that has become impossible. If they had not promised a full refund, I would not have used them. But every time I have called, I am directed to wait for Marcus or Roger or Matthew Cooper or someone who eventually never calls me back. It is a delay tactic because sometimes it’s the same person pretending to be a different agent. I just really need my money back. It’s around $1,000 USD and that’s not little to me.

Jan 15,2025Mac helped me cancel my flight in a timely manner. He also was very responsible and responsive and kept me up to date with everything that needed to be done. Best customer service I have had from infinity so far.
