Dec 28,2024Shout out to Shane Walker for helping me in a very stressful situation which caused me to almost miss my entire cruise . He kept me calm while I was having a mental breakdown and crying and came up with a Quick fast resolution . He answered and responded quickly whenever I called or text . Thank you Shane , my son and I enjoyed seeing the Bahamas even if was only for a short time . Will use to plan my next trip .

The fact is that I had never took my flight tickets alone but talking with Thomas he guided my way to make comfortable and easy.
