Dec 03,2024Help was great. Only issue I have is, im 70 yrs old with hearing aids, and it's very hard for me to understand accents. It would be good to see an option accent/not.

Hailey did an excellent job arranging for transportation, finding the best rates/times for the transportation requested. I definitely recommend Infinity Travels & will continue to use them.

Nov 28,2024The guy, Mack, who handled my call did any amazing job! However, if you are using credit you have to pay the taxes. Just a heads up. He helped me out, but technically that credit already includes taxes. So I didn't understand that part.

Nov 28,2024I was directed to contact Infinity after Air France had canceled my flight at the last minute without providing an alternative. At Infinity I was assisted by Victor who proved to be extremely helpful and attentive. Victor acted speedily to locate and obtain alternate flights and made himself available during the entire trip to ensure that things worked out. He also has assisted with the filing a demand for compensation with Air France. Thank you Victor.
