Your agent Alex Brown was excellent, went above and beyond to help us with payment, etc. Unfortunately, our U.S. Visa card was not acceptable to Broadway Travel so we had to arrange a bank transfer to pay for holiday. We have never had a problem making payments with our U.S. Visa card at other U.K. companies. It was a snag we could have done without.

I always use Inspired Luxury Escapes for my holiday bookings. They have always delivered good customer service and I've never had an issue. Everything has always gone well without a hitch from start to finish. I would definately recommend and will continue to use them for future holiday bookings.

My first (and probably last) experience of a guided holiday .Egypt Hurguarda 3 days hotel then a weeks Nile cruise then back to hotel. The cruise was badly organised but interesting enough (by Sun Egypt) The hotel had good rooms BUT and its a big BUT only book it if you want booming/intrusive so called "music" every night from 8pm till 11 pm. My main point here is ILE 's attitude when i raised a range of concerns with them----they stated it was local suppliers (Sun Egypt) responsibility for trip arrangements rather than theirs ILE have little if any knowledge of actual conditions on the ground and ,it would seem zero control over them. Additionally unless you make your views known while actually at the venue they discount any responsibility at all I willl NEVER use them again and would urge you to think very carefully before you do

Spoke with Debbie, she was absolutely fantastic, wasn't happy with my first quote so she went above and beyond to find an amazing deal saving us over £1700!! Absolutely chuffed will definitely be using them in the future for all our other holidays - even the quotes for the same holiday with other agencies is over £500 more!
