Jan 21,2024I booked our honeymoon with Wendy! She was amazing. I asked a million questions and waited a while to book but Wendy was so patience with me. When it come to booking, Wendy explained everything over the phone and ensured I was happy as I was a bit worried as I have never booked through this company before. She also asked about our wedding which was lovely. As soon as I booked, I received all my documents through on email 10 minutes later and Wendy confirmed my booking reference through our chat! Ian the customer services operative, said no problem I can take you through the process and book my trip. 10 minutes later, the trip was booked, no hassle, all my specifications were met and I was totally delighted with my customer services experience.

Her knowledge is impeccable and she managed to find us the right honeymoon destination for us. I like that we have our own log in so we can access all of our holiday details whenever we like. Kayleigh was so attentive to us and our needs, I literally cannot recommend her enough! Thank you for being amazing!!!!

My rating would have been 5 star, except when I had booked, it turned out that one of my reasons for booking the holiday, had not been included, and I was told another excursion was not available. Hopefully, I can sort them out once I get to my destination.

Jan 08,2024Website is easy to navigate. I also found the web chat easy to use, although it did take some time to get to chat with someone, they were busy. They do keep in touch. The webchat is handy for getting an initial quote; no hard sell. i also found that calling the company was easy. I have booked a few holidays. The call handler i spoke with was Olivia; she was knowledgeable and polite and professional; we were also given an upgrade on our room. I would definitely recommend Inspired Luxury Escapes to friends and family. I also look forward to using them in the future
