May 25,2015Did lots of research and ended up with Insureandgo due to the fact that they were just as reliable and had the same (even better in terms of medical) coverage as all the other companies (HTH, CSA, Seven, Allianze, etc) and the price is lower. Their phone service was good but I was frustrated that they were closed on Sunday when I called. The website is clear but basic and when I tried to pay it pushed me out of the system several times. I almost went to Squaremouth to buy the same product and then was so frustrated I almost did not buy. Be aware that this is not insurance it is indemnification/protection so if you need it, you will pay first then get reimbursed after you file claims, prove your owed, and they approve the claim. So don't pay more thinking you will get more. You will be lucky if you get anything but it is good to have the coverage if it is no more than 5% of your non-refundable trip cost.

Apr 30,2015I pray cheaper is not an indication of the service that we will receive if needed.. However it was very easy to understand what is covered which is quite inclusive. We purchased the platinum plan, which when compared to other companies was the best price.

Apr 25,2015Easy to navigate the web, but I chose to call them to discuss an issue that could have been problematic, that was not addressed on the web. The call was answered right away, the problem was discussed and sorted out ( I am Canadian & my husband is American ) A very helpful young women checked it out, and they can insure both of us. We have purchased their platinum plan and hopefully will not need to use it for our 15 day trip to Peru.

I cannot believe but I have not gotten it yet and I am leaving in a week. Am surprised considering my charges were on American Express immediately. PLEASE GET OUT THE POLICY

Her knowledge of your different plans was impressive and her mannerism were first class. I was able to review my needs and select an insurance plan (with Rice's help) with ease and which satisfied my travel requirements. Apr 21,2015I shopped around a lot for travel insurance and InsureandGo USA offered the best package suited to my needs, more geared towards emergency medical coverage than reimbursement for trip cancellation/interruption costs. I like that the site allows you to adjust different factors to view various cost options, and it was easy to purchase. After 20 years of heavy travel for both work and leisure, this is the first time I've purchased travel insurance and hopefully will not need it, but it's good to know that I'm covered if I do.

Apr 16,2015The phone rep. Catherine answered all questions. We wanted the policy mainly for medical purposes as Medicare doesn't cover out of the country? Some policies state they are secondary coverage but our Silver policy will be the primary coverage. The $100,000 coverage is more than most available.

We sent several e-mails back and forth to resolve the issue. She was absolutely great and everything is fine!
