Apr 08,2015There was not a long wait to speak with somebody. Chris, the man I spoke with on the telephone was personable, understanding, had good listening skills (e.g, he was not scripted to repeat everything I said verbatim but at the same time he made sure he understood my concerns), did not rush me, and he seems to be very knowledgable about the products (Indeed, while I was thinking about one product, Chris had calculated alternatives for me to choose from.).

Apr 04,2015I have yet to make a claim since I will not be traveling till the end of May 2015. Paper copy delivered when promised. So far, no reservations on their initial service when purchasing the travel insurance. One wish: A wallet card with policy information!! (rather than having to fold and re-fold a letter-sized sheet to fit in the wallet). cheers!

Apr 01,2015Easy to maneuver through the website looking for the right plan for me. Then when i contacted the offfice directly about a possible Annual plan, KATHRYN in the sales department was very informative and helpful with her knowledge of the programs available. I thank her for her help!

Mar 26,2015I made a mistake when buying policy. Phoned company to tell them of error which was fixed during phone call. Opened computer immediately and found amended policy waiting for me. Some kind of magic, but unbelievably prompt and curtious service. Thank you Rice.

Mar 24,2015The process of signing up for InsureandGo USA was incredibly easy. The website is simple to navigate and the information requested is basic. The options are clearly spelled out making it a breeze to compare plans and make a choice. The rates were not just competitive but better than almost every other option I found. Of course, the true test of the quality of the company will be if I need to file a claim -- which, hopefully, will not be the case. I can, at least from a signing-up perspective, rate them as outstanding.

WE CAN ONLY TRUST THAT UPON NEEDING THEM THEY WILL BE THERE FOR US. BBB RATES THEM HIGHLY AND THEY HAVE FINANCIAL STRENGTH AS DEMONSTRATED BY AM BEST.
