Jan 27,2015While, fortunately, we have not had to use the travel insurance we purchased this year through Insureandgo, I have to say the process to get a quote and complete the insurance application was an absolute breeze. I relied on the reviews of travelers who have actually had to use their policies for cancelled travel, illness, etc., and all were very, very good. I have signed up with Insureandgo for two different big trips this year.

Jan 15,2015After searching several travel insurance companies and reading the reviews I decided on InsuranGo USA. As reported in several comments Raice was VERY helpful and easy to get through to. I booked our trip insurance for our cruise to Italy today and recommended our traveling companions use the same Co. Thanks for all the help.

Jan 09,2015I had a couple of questions while applying on-line, so called their 888- number, connecting with a most professional and thorough lady by the name of Raice. She answered a couple of questions I had, then proceeded to accept my application for the policy over the phone. All ended 'great' and I'm very satisfied with her assistance. The next time I have a requirement for Travel Insurance, I shall come back to INSUREANDGO for coverage.

Jan 09,2015Insure and Go has the best pricing for primary medical coverage. This is the second time using them. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my first trip due to emergency surgery. Company (Mintsi) very responsive in sending information needed for claim. I have been told my claim has been accepted and is awaiting payment. Of course, I'll be much happier when I actually get the check but based on other reviews here I am not worried. I really must not be worried as I've just made my 2nd purchase with them.

Dec 16,2014Called and spoke with a rep that stayed on the line with me while I completed the transaction. She answered all my questions and was patient. Plus this company got good reviews and their prices are less than other companies for better coverage. We are an older couple so we always purchase trip insurance just in case.....

Jan 27,2015While primary office is located in Florida the receptionist verified that they are licensed in my state. Our trip is months away and hopefully we will not be asking for any claim settlement. However, if we do, I fully trust their claims division to settle any claim amicably and timely. It is reassuring to know that InsureandGo has an A- Better Business Bureau rating which demonstrates their striving for client satisfaction as well as repeat customers.
