I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. HOPING NEVER TO HAVE TO USE ITS SERVICES. WELL LAST YEAR DURING A TRIP TO EUROPE MT WIFE WAS HOSPITALIZED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND UPON MY RETURN I SUBMITTED FOR REIMBURSEMENT AND WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITHE THE SERVICE. I HAVE MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND FRIENDS USING THIS COMPANY.
My husband suffered a heart attack while we were in Kruger National Park, South Africa. From the helicopter to the jet to the hospital to the hotel and then back home in the USA, InsureandGo took care of us like family. We really mean it when we say "Thank You."

We have used insure my trip for all of our travel insurance. After picking about 8 different companies and compareing them We decided that Insure and Go had the best benefits for the least price. Having said that we have not experienced filling any claims.
I found insureandgo.com on a travel insurance website that reviewed the top 10 travel insurance companies. I can see why insureandgo was among the best of the best. I got an instant quote online. I compared it with 2 other companies in the top 10 and insureandgo had comparable coverage at very competitive prices (almost 1/4 of what the other companies were charging!). I called the next day to go over specific coverage questions and spoke with someone who was friendly, efficient, and fluent in the company's rules and regulations. I am traveling for almost 3 months so travel insurance is the top priority for me. In less than 15 minutes, I was insured and a policy was in my inbox. Could not have higher praise for this company!

I had tentative travel plans and was looking for trip cancellation insurance... I search the internet and the first company I found was Insure and Go... I did a quote on-line, very easy, but then I had some follow up questions so I called and spoke with Tina ... I booked my airlines and called back and spoke with Tina, who recalled the initial quote given and we updated with the booking info and we were done...what a pleasant experience....
I had no problems at all buying the insurance, and am very satisfied with the product, and the premium.
It was my first experience working with this company. I have become a number one fan. I will surely use them again.
Initially had an error in departure and return dates on the Schedule. The company service representative was polite, and efficient. I received a corrected Schedule on a timely basis with the corrected dates. One hopes you don't have a claim but the efficiency of correcting the errors, says a lot about the company and I would expect the same quick action on a claim.
WE USED THIS SERVICE LAST YEAR AND FOR THE FIRST TIME HAD A CLAIM WHEN OUR FLIGHT BACK FROM LA WAS CANCELLED FOR TWO DAYS. SERVICE WAS PUNCLUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. PRICE AND SERVICE COMPETETIVE TO TRAVEL GUARD.

Below this comment to revise my initial erroneous perception is the report I wrote that caused INSUREANDGO to respond in the manner that shows what a wonderful outfit they are . . . Roger Boswarva Well now . . . I must edit/add to my comment above . . . and wish I could give these guys 100 out of a possible ten! I wish I could edit it directly versus being reduced to only commenting. As a result of my comment above, it tuned out my feelings and considerations were in error . . . I got a call from the company General Manger, Mr. Frank Trigo. What a delight he was to deal with! These guys actually DO care about what they are doing and do care about getting it right! The fact is the company did revamp its coverage contract yesterday, which change went into effect on their website at 9:00am this morning at start of business. My travel partner bought her coverage before she went to work: at 7:30am and I bought mine after my second cup of coffee in my home office at 9:30am . . . hence the discrepancy. The new contract has increased coverage is some areas of coverage and indeed has a new name "Global Silver" instead of simply "Silver." So, what's the outcome of this? Well, the person who answered my first call dropped the ball in not offering the contract I saw yesterday . . . it likely happened due to me calling quite early, and the handling system was not well enough oiled. Frank told me she should have offered to honor the original deal, even though it has lower health and a few other little differences. Next, one of Frank's key managers, Tina, was on the line handling everything to perfection :-) . . . what can I say. Well this is what I will say 1) INSUREANDGO has the easiest, simplest website and application procedure to use of all the insurance outfits our there and b) my coverage cost here for two people is around $700 for both me and my partner versus the same deal elsewhere at $1200+! I am now introducing these folks to all my contacts . . . it's the way to go! _________________________________ This below is what I originally posted: I don't trust the answers I got. Two days ago I was quoted $362 for coverage . . . and kept surfing to sort out how best to get the actual coverage that I and a travel partner actually needed . . . we have an age difference of 20 years. My solution was to have her cover her actual paid cost she can show she paid for the trip . . . and for me to cover my actual paid cost that I paid . . . . this because in the event of any claim verifying what we actually paid, rather than averaging it, was the honest thing to do. This morning my partner went on line and bought exactly what my search showed at the quoted price. Later this morning . . . two hours later than my partner, I went on to get my paid costs covered and my insurance premium had been raised 36.899% . . . I rang the company asking for explanation . . . I was told that they changed the premiums "last night/yesterday" . . . . I consider that untrue as my partner got the price quoted yesterday whereas I did not . . . the difference being I surfed the site whereas she did not. My conclusion is that these guys use cookies against you . . . and take advantage of you due to their being able to see the cards you are holding. Note this request by them refer to their cookie use etc., etc., and how used!!
