Aug 01,2023AVOID- no patient care or medical cannabis knowledge the worst experience my partner has ever been put through. Tormented and consistently questioned by the doctor in the appointment. The appointment only lasted 10 minutes and consisted of the doctor telling my partner he cannot have strains that help him because they are too strong. The doctor then went on to torment my partner about his medical history (the parts that had nothing to do with his condition) knowing that he is autistic and she deliberately made him feel uncomfortable. The appointment was supposed to be on video but occurred on the phone, she was awfully rude and unpleasant. He was also given radiated buds which we have had to put in the bin and we are now -£100. The clinic never answers the phone/ never gets back to people. There is no patient care here and they need to do check the people they hire because she did not know anything about medical cannabis and made him feel like a criminal for wanting to choose his medicine. Tormenting and bullying people with autism instead of CONSULTING- she had no idea what she was doing we moved to another clinic that actually care.

Jul 28,2023Having self medicated for over 10 years, not only is the quality of the medication better than street crap but it’s affordable, your doctors suggest the right strains for body/head high or pain tolerance which ever problem you have, integro got you. I suffer really badly with mental health and the team at integro knew exactly which strains I needed (which is very high THC for my conditions) the doctors are so calming and not your typical judgemental doctor you know? They’re like your mates lol they’re a really good bunch at integro and I can talk to them openly about my usage and they do not judge, they understand everything. My first clinic and I am not disappointed.

Jul 20,2023Integro really are second to none in my honest opinion. From Application to aftercare and all in between, You know you’re being looked after by professionals. Clearly they are all passionate about what they do and I can only speak for myself but I’m Extremely grateful to The team especially JW, for all their ongoing support. If you’re thinking about trying medical cannabis this really should be your first port of call. 10/10

Jul 12,2023This clinic offer 5 Star customer service to their patients and are supported with a pharmacy that can get meds delivered to Northern Ireland the next working day. Quicker than Amazon !!

Jul 11,2023The medical staff are knowledgeable about the products but are always willing to listen to the patient as sometimes the patients have more knowledge. I see James most of the time who is absolutely lovely & really cares about his patients. It’s easy to change your choice of flowers. Hoping that the Gelato will be back in stock soon but I’m getting to try 2 new strains this month.

Jul 07,2023I've tried other clinics before but Integro are by far the best. They really do listen and tailer your medication to what YOU need. My experience with James has been beyond expectations they are clearly an expert in medical cannabis and gave me great advice! The grow access project is also a great scheme and value.

Jun 28,2023Best of the bunch IMO , never had a problem and the Dr's are very polite and friendly which is more than can be said regarding other clinics iv been with. All in all totally recommend plus they use IPS which have been excellent for me also .

Jun 23,2023I will be moving clinics in a couple of months. This is purely due to the ongoing consultant fee. I have found a clinic which offers one reasonable upfront payment and then no further cost for repeat prescription or consultations going forward. I'm sure you know the clinic I'm referring to. If some how the consultation fee could be dropped going forward I would happily stay with you guys but 50 pounds is a lot to change the flower, especially like now when I'm having to order flower which I didn't really want as the other is not available, meaning I will again have to change when this flower is back etc. Other than the fee etc everything has been great. Delivery is always promt. Flower is great as to be expected 😊🙏 really friendly professional team 💚

Jun 16,2023Integro are Life-Changing From the first enquiry until now, a few consultations in, I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Integro. All enquiries have been dealt with remarkably quickly and they helped me to navigate any requirements such as medical notes as effectively as possible. I always receive an appointment within a few days of asking, and have felt that my best interests and health have been at the forefront, including financially. The treatment I have received has reduced my chronic pain to a point that I could only have dreamed of. I am now sleeping through the night and have reduced my other medication to a point that, for the first time in over a decade, I feel that the condition is managed. I cannot thank the whole team - administration and doctors, enough. Highly recommend getting in touch with them!

Talking to people who actually listen to what you have to say, about your disability and talking you threw different products, which makes you feel like you have a say in your treatment, an experience I've never had in my life. Best move I ever made was contacting them. James is amazing.
