IssueTrak has been a great tool for our company. It helped us communicate with our clients efficiently and allowed us to track how much time we spent with each client. The support staff has been very responsive whenever there is any problem.

Great way to track and assign tasks for a company or a project.
Overall, I like the application... There are just some things that could be changed that would make using the application better. For instance, I would like the ability to use "Subtypes" in some areas and suppress them in other areas (currently enabled at the system-level, so to display Subtypes for one of our clients, I need to have blank Subtype dropdown menus shown to all other clients that do not use them. There also some small bugs that can be overcome or worked around. The responsiveness of Issuetrak support has been excellent.
I have been using Issuetrak for a year and half now and have found it extremely helpful in tracking all the various issues related to school bus transportation. Since I am the only one in transportation department, having Issuetrak has saved me many hours in reporting and tracking of bus issues. Also, when I have had a question, their customer service has been quick to respond. I would highly recommend Issuetrak.
Very good software. A little difficult to setup, but once running, it runs well.

Sep 18,2019My original question was answered. Patrick was able to understand what I was asking. I even added another issue which is being looked into right now. That being said, I disagree with the answer provided. The only solution was to add more entries since that was the way IssueTrak has the system set up, which is not ideal. I would give that solution a 1-2 star rating if asked specifically on the functionality of my original question. Patrick gets the 5 stars.
