Feb 17,2022I haven’t worked with Jacksons, but don’t think it’s great practice to send mass mailouts to their database requesting glowing, personalised reviews on TrustPilot. This is the second time in 5 months we’ve received this request. It completely undermines the credibility of the online review system.
