Jul 28,2021I wanted to book a viewing. I mentioned I own a new company since April. They asked if I'm ok paying for 2 years of rent upfront because I wouldn't pass the checks. I usually mention that I have a new company to other agents and they say possibly you might need to pay 3 or up to 6 months in advance. 2 years is just outrageous. Thank you very much, but no way I will sit down 63K doing nothing. I was told that all Jackson offices have this requirement unless you have this money in savings.

Jul 11,2021Sophie Doughty was great. We were first time buyers and she guided us through the process, checking in regularly and making sure that we knew what we needed to do and when. I don't think we would have completed before the stamp duty deadline without her help.

Jul 10,2021Jacksons have been fantastic from start to finish. Helen came to value, was extremely knowledgeable and relieved any worries I had. The whole sales team then came to meet me & run through how viewings etc would go and run through what I love about my home (a great touch) they found me a buyer and exceeded what I’d thought we would ever achieve in price! Last but not least Sophie in Sale Support did exactly that and supported me throughout the legal bit. I cannot recommend this wonderful bunch enough.

Jul 09,2021I recently went on viewings over several weekends with Kadeem from the Jacksons Tooting branch. As it was my first time looking for something south of the river, he was very helpful and patient in answering all my numerous questions. In addition to giving me his honest opinions on the potential of each property we viewed, he also give me a helpful overview on the various parts of Tooting and the surrounding areas. Given my spec, he was able to send over various options, with potential to extend to give me the space I wanted, that I would not have known to consider. In the end, I have purchased somewhere else but nevertheless, I would highly recommend Kadeem as someone to contact if you're searching for a property in Tooting.
