Jan 05,2023From the start, I had Chris Dawson who was my main point of contact, he was brilliant booking doctors medicals to test and anything else. I then move on to the reversing training and test, the guys at Melton Mowbray was brilliant, both trainer who im absolutely gutted I can't remember his name and examiner Jonathan Shepherd. Both really welcoming and just wanting to help you improve your reversing, the guys there deserve a special shout. On to my training days for the actual driving test. I had Stephen Martin and a new instructor Shoaib Mohammed. What can I say, they both had so much experience. They both wanted to give me every chance to pass, taught me so much about driving. I would go as far to say they both made me a even better car driver. I passed my test because of these 2 men. Just hope J Coates realise what a amazing team they have. Thank you all again for your help and thanks you to J Coates HGV Services. Would recommend anytime. Neil Bradley

Dec 24,2022Did my CPC with Steve here, after doing my C1 and passing. Can't recommend these people enough!! Polite efficient and very helpful. All staff dealt with have been amazingly efficient and helpful. Don't muck about. Train with this company and get to where you want to be!!! Thanks guys.

Dec 23,2022I trained under Roland Hulls and he was amazing. Very friendly and conversational and the advice he gave on how to approach junctions and take corners was perfect. Couldn't have done it without him.

Dec 23,2022Fantastic help from Joe, very knowledgeable and helpful. He genuinely cared that I passed and spent lots of time going through the possible routes and hazards that I would encounter! The mini bus was good to drive and the whole team very welcoming!
