Sep 16,2022Was a very informative course. Excellent instructor and laid back. I was dreading the week but he made me feel comfortable with the group. Plenty of good discussions and access to information. Would recommend and will use again for future training.

Sep 15,2022I was very nervous as it was the first time driving a class 1 and the sheer size of the beast. I was immediately calmed and re-assured and it started to become enjoyable. My instructor was Chris fox and he was excellent, very calm with me and willing to answer all my questions and boy did I ask some haha. I passed my test first time and was over the moon. I would definitely recommend!

Sep 10,2022When i decided to go for my C class HGV licence, i did not have much knowledge of the process and JCoates explained and guided me throughout my journey. However, it wasn't until i started my on road training with Steve that i really felt like 'this is it now'. Steve is a good guy and great trainer/instructor. Steve helped me to enhance my skills and developed my confidence and competence. Each day of training would be a new challenge of my competence, whilst still displaying good habits and learning from previous day. We did a review after each session/day, and Steve kept reassuring me that if i do these few things, i will have no problem passing my test. On the day of my test i was anxious in the morning but Steve again provided the necessary reassurance which made me more relaxed and thankfully, at the end of the test, the examiner said the the words everyone would like to hear, 'congratulations, you've passed' and handed my my blue certificate. Thanks to JCoates, and to the trainers on the other modules, but a BIG thanks to Steve for the work he did with me this week. I've already recommended JCoates to a friend.

Sep 09,2022What an amazing instructor! Amazing experience being trained with a very calm and patient instructor, answering to all of your question nacely and patiently. Roland has been dedicating himself very much to be nice and early in the morning to the Birmingham truckstop and making sure i get to know everything i need to pass! Amazing guy!

Sep 09,2022I did my class 2 with these guys. From the first phone call to the finish every thing went smooth and fell into place just as it should one after another. My instructor was Joe Jeffery. Just one word to describe him Brilliant. Joe is patient and he will teach you professionally and to your needs, will explain every thing the way you understand it. Thank you Joe and all the best

Sep 07,2022There are no words to describe what I felt today, obtaining a positive result for the practical test class1:-) My adventure with the driving license, although difficult and with many obstacles, was successful, for which I thank my instructor Kevin. If you want to learn to drive well in a great atmosphere, I recommend the patient and professional Kevin. Thank you for every kind word, great advice, fruitful learning, professional knowledge and most importantly - commitment to every hour of driving. I wish everyone such an instructor :-)

Sep 03,2022Thank you Tryston! What a instructor! Just passed my Class 2:) Really pleased with the professionalism that he showed from the first lesson I had taken till the day of the test. Every minor to major mistake I made he was very open and told me on the spot. He always gave credit where it was due and kept motivating me throughout the day. You can imagine the feeling of nervousness that starts once you enter the test centre but for him to see and reassure me that I can do it! Shows the level of interest he takes in his students. It was a pleasure getting my training from you. Thank you once again. See you soon for class1!

Sep 02,2022Have just passed C+E class one . 2 days intensive training with my instructor Steffan , which not just excellent and informative but enjoyable too . Really cannot fault my experience and I would thank all the other instructors for being so friendly , especially when your stomach is churning before your test . Great company great staff and Steffan is a star.
