Aug 05,2022Where to start other than what a fantastic instructor. From day 1 of the 1st few hours I was well on the way to feeling very positive and confident for the days ahead. Steve has been absolutely fantastic this week and I couldn't of wished for a better instructor. Superb at his job, excellent at teaching and the knowledge he sets you up with is spot on. Glad to be with J Coates and glad to of had Steve as my instructor. Thanks for the help on gaining my pass today and setting me up with the knowledge for my HGV future.

I was unsure that I would pass but with his help I managed to pass my hgv test 1st time. He is truly fantasic at his job. He is super professional and easy going. His little tips worked brilliantly.
