Asked for the price of the property to remain undisclosed but this was not followed despite clear instructions. We have also had no success in getting in touch with the agent since- no replies to text messages or phone calls! Very frustrating service!

Mar 05,2021I appointed Tim Valpied as my agent to sell a property at 10 Garden Court Lake gardens.I know Tim well. He has an excellent reputation and is totally trustworthy. Tim gave me very specific advice as to what needed to be done to the house to make it more attractive. I took that advice and did the work suggested. I also took his advice as it was previously a rental property to engage a company to bring in furniture and style the house prior to it being sold. The company that Tim suggested did an excellent job and the property looked excellent and was a contributing factor in a successful sale.Fortunately there was a lot of interest in the property and Tim was negotiating with a number of interested parties. He achieved an outstanding result which was significantly above the reserve. He gave me excellent advice when the initial offers were made and not to accept the early offers. This was good advice and the end result was excellent. Tim is a very professional competent real estate agent. The purchasers were aware that he was acting fairly and he kept all interested parties fully informedd as to what was going on until it was finally sold. His attention to detail is excellent. After the property was sold I was kept fully informed and when the purchaser requested information in respect to proposed work which the purchaser wanted done I was able to provide details of products used which were of significant help to the purchaser. In other words once the property was sold he was concerned to continue to look after both the purchaser and the vendor . Through the whole transaction I was kept fully informed as to what was going on. Tim has a very pleasant manner and I had total trust in what advice he was giving me. I think that the interested parties in this transaction also felt the same way and it was for this reason that we received such a good result.

He was understanding and patience and conveyed he had my interest at heart. I would recommend Jellis Craig, Hawthorn office, any time.
