The representative, Matt Giulieri, was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. Out trust in Matt was well placed as we dealt with the transaction from the other side of the country. Through the lengthy price negotiations he remained balanced and kept us updated. He then assisted us through the entire process post contract, providing us with various additional services to make our purchase possible. For example, he gave us a virtual walk through inspection, provided professional recommendations for excellent conveyancing services, and gave access to the apartment for tradespeople to provide quotations. We highly recommend Matt Giulieri, and Jellis Craig.
