Adele was spot on with her assessment of buyer interest and likely bidders at the Auction and Peter (the Auctioneer) did an excellent job to keep the bids rolling which resulted in us getting the sale price we were after. I can thoroughly recommend Jellis Craig Hawthorn and Adele Mirabella in particular for your Real Estate needs.

The advertising and delivery of marketing was excellent. As an older person I found the digital forms hard to deal with, and not having the personal approach with the Conveyancer for the property, rather by phone or email, a less enjoyable experience. The COVID issue made that impossible, so I understand, but I would have preferred to meet in person. Regards Barbara Tibb

Open for inspections outside the advertised hours were no problem, facetime tour of the property when we were away etc. Carla ran a very fair and transparent EOI sales process which gave us absolute confidence as a purchaser.

The campaign to sell my home was extremely well planned and at all times I understood the process involved. Jessica is the guru of presentation and I believe allowed me to present my property to the buyers to maximum advantage. Five open days produced over 200 potential buyers and I was extremely pleased with the out come.
