Tom and crew were fantastic - organised an early inspection, maintained contact without any pressure - quickly answered questions as well as seeking technical details from the builder. Tom worked additional hours to get the sale through on a Friday night - again - respectfully done for us and I believe the Vendor - and no tension or pressure. And an amazing outcome - we have a new home inside a fortnight.

Mar 02,2021Had a bumpy start with some errors on photos selected to be put up on line. The team were supportive throughout what was a dragged out process to get a sale done. Perhaps in hindsight a more aggressive campaign with regard to pricing strategy and possibly going to Auction could have got it done quicker. Although, very happy with the price achieved!

But we are grateful to be able to say that despite this we received heartfelt and genuine support during this difficult time and process from Daniel and Samantha the "dynamic duo" from Jellis Craig Blackburn. Right from the start Daniel and Samantha contacted us promptly, came to our home, listened to our needs, gave hints on what to do to improve on the place for marketing and sale, they agreed to our preferences re terms of advertising and open house days, they were sensitive to our concerns around finance, answered any questions promptly, offered contacts for whatever we required and they continuously followed up and set a timeframe for action which resulted in a fantastic sale during a very tricky Covid19 time. Our overall experience was exceptional and this was because of the level of special customer service we received.
