May 23,2019Me and my partner managed to buy our first home thanks to JLM Mortgage Services! But really the credit goes all to our mortgage advisor "Peter Stirrup" @Hitchin. Well, we all know that once the case is with a Senior Underwriter, things are not looking good. Well, after waiting a whole week for a final decision the application was declined but Peter did not accept a defeat and fought against it. After not one but two consecutive complaints, several phone calls and emails, the matter went to the CEO which after reviewing the case decided to grant us the mortgage as we met all criteria - Peter was very accurate! However he kept us in the loop 100% of the way and was always there to answers calls at anytime of the day 7 days a week! Whenever I hear of anyone needing mortgage advice I point them in his direction. Always going over and beyond, answering any question however stupid and taking the time to make what can become overwhelming decisions and confusing jargon something less intimidating. Thank you doesn’t really cover it but I’ll say it anyway, thank you for performing magic and bringing my dream of getting my home closer. I honestly couldn’t recommend highly enough x
