Apr 27,2022I looked at a property in December last year hoping that I could possibly be able to get on the property ladder. In January the builder recommended Damien Grafton “He can get anyone a mortgage”…I contacted Damien to see if it would be possible to buy the property I have seen, after having an offer rejected in the past due to not having full years of books Damien quickly changed that around from putting my application in and receiving an offer within 8 working days!!!!! This is the quickest turn around and I could not be happier with Damien, he was constantly updating me on where the process was at and was always pushing and chasing for a quick outcome. He was reassuring me the whole way through the process when I had given up hope before hand. I could not recommend anyone more than him! Absolutely incredible service!! I am so pleased the builder put me in touch with Damien as YES he can get anyone a mortgage. Thank you so so much for your hard work Damien, you have seriously made me the most happiest first time buyer ever!!
