Oct 16,2019I would definitely recommend JLM to anyone reading this. They were super quick and efficient. Literally only took 3 weeks to complete my remortgage and they made it really convenient for me. Everything was done over phone / email which was great as it is hard to get late night appointments when you work. Peter Lambley handled my case and he was brilliant. Really friendly and easy to talk to, I was able to explain the situation to him and he dealt with it perfectly. I will definitely be using JLM again in the future.

Sep 05,2019I am a first time buyer who recently remortgaged, I have used Damien Grafton from JLM on both occasions who was recommended by First Steps letting agents (Shared Ownership Letting Agent). JLM and Damien have gone above and beyond on both my mortgage applications, I really would have struggled without them, Damien made himself available outside of working hours on a number of times to answer my questions/concerns and throughout the whole process been supportive and knowledgeable. I personally won't be using anyone else and I will continue to use JLM / Damien for the foreseeable. I feel they have gone the extra mile.on both occasions to get me the best deal. Both times the prices have been fair and reasonable for JLM's services, on the most recent occasions Damien managed to find a mortgage that offered a small cashbacks incentive for joining them which covered his costs! 5/5
