It has been a long road with the constantly changing market over the last 2 years and because of this we needed different illustrations often and were continually reviewing our options, and we knew we could trust Lee was giving us the best options possible. He explained things to us clearly (as first time buyers we were clueless on so much) and he was incredibly quick with his responses, we couldn’t recommend Lee enough and will absolutely be recommending him and JLM to our friends!

Jonathan Murphy has gone above and beyond to secure a mortgage for me and throughout the whole process, he was so knowledgeable and calmed the stormed with ease. There were hurdles in the process which he dealt with accordingly and brought the deal to completion for us with their extra push to all parties. Jon's commitment to his customers like me is second to none. Additionally, when I came to Jon for advice with my father's pension, he directed me to the right personal and introduced me to the JLM network director, Rory Joseph who again is full of knowledge, committed and helped us make the right decision. Mar 26,2023It was our first experience getting a mortgage and we had no clue what to expect. Ryan Waters was recommended by a friend. He is an absolute star. He was able to explain everything in a simple but comprehensive way to help us choose the best option. Later on we had a rocky road with our purchase with 8 months between our offer being accepted and completion. Ryan was there for us at every stage and was able to make time to speak to us and provide guidance and reassurance when we needed it. He was also able to refer us to other specialized services as needed which was really helpful. We will definitely use JLM services again and we can't recommend it highly enough.

His knowledge and ability to articulate said knowledge in a clear way meant that I felt at ease the whole time. Anything I wasn’t sure about he was always there to help and answer. I was given consistent updates and everything was professionally handled. At no point did I get frustrated or angered. The whole experience has been a joy. Also shoutout to Seb and Sean for their help and advice also. Couldn’t be more pleased. JLM are superb.
