Jon is very knowledgeable with what mortgages to recommend and genuinely looks out for the best deals suited for your personal circumstances. If you are stuck on what kind of mortgages you need when you either buy a house or remortgage, then I guarantee you JLM will not disappoint :)

Feb 16,2024Gareth went above and beyond for us. He had great patience and made this all happen! There were times i thought this could be impossible and we had a stressful situation to work with and he made us see such a positive outlook on everything. He answered any questions, even when he wasn't working and kept an eye on our application on his annual leave, that shows an incredible amount of care towards his clients. We never expected so much of him but he was always happy to go the extra mile and was so friendly throughout the whole process. He made things we couldn't understand make sense and always gave us his opinion and advice on any suggestions we put forward. He has a realistic approach to everything and made sure the mortgage suited us and not us suiting the mortgage. I cannot fault him for anything and if there was a medal he deserves one! I will always use Gareth and recommend him to anyone in future looking for a broker as he was simply incredible. Thank you again Gareth! He is a credit to the JLM team

He at one stage managed to get me 5 mortgages (for investment properties and our domestic one) in 6-weeks flat! He is carefully considered, and somehow managed to pull rabbits out of hats with really sound deals that meet my needs.
