I bought a Used car from your Mahonpoint branch. I dealt with a very nice sales rep who was more than helpful when purchasing the car. When i got the car home that evening from the garage i notice some damage to the underside of the car which i hadn't noticed that morning when viewing the car. i immediately contacted the sales man who said he would have a chat with his boss on Monday about it. I contacted him on Monday again to be told that they had checked the video footage from all around the lot and that they had checked with valeting and the garage and no one had seen the damage. I was told by the sale man that his boss said that the damaged had been done to the vehicle after i had collected it. So i said please leave it with me. i then checked back over the video that the sales man had sent me the morning of the viewing and there it was the damage on the video. I rang the garage back and they said they would investigate this and come back to me. to be fair they took the car back from me that evening and gave me a loan car, and fixed my car, but i must say that the it left a very bad taste in my mouth the fact that i was technically been called a Liar by whoever this boss was and that i had obviously damaged the car myself on the way home and was trying to pull a fast one by trying to get them to fix it
I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. From the minute I walked into the forecourt I was greeted with a friendly face from Peter. I know Peter from a few years back and it was a real pleasure dealing with him. Ken made the finance a very easy process for me. It's very new to me and the team were very helpful. thank you all

Roughly 100km after collecting the car following a service, we received a warning that the coolant level was low. On opening the bonnet, I saw that a pipe was disconnected from the expansion tank. This was on a narrow country road, in truly appalling weather. Fortunately I had some coolant in the boot, which I used to top up the system. I also reconnected the pipe. I was also saturated in the process. I drove the car to j and p, even though I had another appointment, and wasn't overly impressed by the attention I received. I can't say I view j and p with any confidence following this experience

From the first phone call, to driving off the lot in my new car, everything was great. The showroom was clean, bright and welcoming. The salesman was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly at all times, without being pushy or overbearing. I was offered tea, coffee and time to reflect on my purchase before my final decision. I really appreciated the follow-up call to make sure everything was as it should be. Top marks all round 😊
Jack was very helpful and hands-on from 1st contact to when my car was delivered. Quick responses and very reassuring. Everything worked out in a timely manner! The car delivery guy was such a gentleman! Very patient, calm, and helpful (I remember his face but can't remember his name haha).

Meet with Marc Gorman and I felt as ease straight away. Never had PCP before so he explained everything in simple English. He went through different options and picked the right one for me. Great selection of cars too. I ended up getting a CUPRA Leon Sportstour and absolutely love it. I really won’t be moving to any other dealer after my first experience

Went to another dealership in the end, where I found outstanding service and care in the purchase of my new car. I was with Johnson and Perrot for years and it has been painful, some efforts but absolute let down overall
