May 07,2024Booking it in was easy enough. Staff were professional, polite and courteous. Environment was clean and busy. Time allocated was correct, my car was available again that evening. I had asked the wipers be replaced and I don’t think they were. €660 is expensive and wiper blades aren’t changed.

Even the after sales support was great, and Ian got back to us within a day of us emailing him.

Apr 26,2024Called in to their Mahon Point branch a while ago looking to trade in my Peugeot for a newer model. I could not get a straight answer from the person I dealt with about the value of my trade-in. This may be as they have a number of motor franchises under one roof, that the person we dealt with would have had a vested interest in selling another brand. However this was never expressly mentioned, so the lasting impression was that unless you want to buy a new car from them without having a trade-in they are not interested in you.
