Terrible company with no remorse. I have a Landrover discovery 182 with 62 thousand kilometres on the clock when all of a sudden the engine goes no warning lights for service or engine failure absolutely nothing. All services were done except the year before but only 10 thousand kilometres were put up between services which is nothing. From day one to now I’ve not had a good experience with Johnson and Perrot or Landrover you would expect having spent over 70k for a new commercial Landrover that there would be no problems but after less then 1 year the right window fell in the door as the wire that held it was cheep and not the correct strength. The second window fell this year 🤷♂️. The engine cover fell off and had to be picked up by the company and the constant filter changes that had to be done are beyond belief as it’s costing over 1k per visit between the filters and engine problems this is ridiculous . When the engine went Johnson and perrot said that because I missed 1 service they could not help me with the engine and that’s it. Please ask any car service department in Ireland except Landrover and they will tell you the same thing over and over again there engines are terrible and really not worth the money they charge. I have found 20 other people who have had the same issues I have had since I started to ask questions about Johnson and perrot. Terrible terrible company
It was just a standard 1st service but was carried out quickly and efficiently. Car returned spotless as well.

First of all Richard Cotter was always helpful and supportive from the beginning. He guided me through all of the process. I'm a foreigner and without him, it will be hard to complete this purchase. In the finance part, Pat O'Sullivan helped me to get approval for the loan from my bank. Also, special thanks to Jack Casey, who helped me understand the car specs and prices to get the best car I can purchase.

Probably the worst customer service experience yet..they do not read the chat text completely and answer a portion of it,resulting in unanswered questions..meaning they have to be contacted again..and then read the text and not give a reply
I got my car serviced by Kia Garage they were helpful. Knowing how much the service was beforehand was a great help and a detailed receipt what was done was given to me. They dropped the car back to me which was so helpful. One draw back if there is a follow up in reference to the car you have to ring them.
My wife and I recently considered purchasing a new Volvo from J&P Bishopstown. Although we we did not proceed with the purchase on this occasion, we were nevertheless extremely impressed by the premises itself and all of the team, most especially Niall Hurley who is an absolutely excellent salesperson. It is clear that Niall is genuinely interested in ensuring customer satisfaction and is patient, professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend anyone considering buying a car from J&P to simply ask for Niall!

I got my car serviced recently and all seemed good. The reception offered me a tyre check for €15 extra. I thought this would have been something included as the service was expensive enough but as I was having trouble with tyre pressure I went with it. As I drove home the dash lite up again telling me to check pressure. I called into a garage on my way home who discovered a nail in the tyre. After paying €15 extra I think they should have seen this. I’m very disappointed with this.
Very friendly and helpful service
I have no complaints with any body ,or anything that was done to my car when it was in for its service. My only problem is that the report did not give any information on the status of the battery. It being an EV , I would be grateful for that information at every service .
