Having seen the car on the website I rang and made an appointment with Peter to view and test drive the car, I was on my own viewing the car and Peter didn't make me feel in any way forced or pushed into buying the car or tried to convince me it would be sold if I didn't put down a deposit straight away as a different car dealership had. Peter told me everything I needed to know about the car he was very informative, He was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. My car was spotlessly clean when I picked it up and so far everything is running smoothly.
The journey to the Jag ๐ Itโs not as much a what that made my experience so memorable but a who. Dan looked after my every query and idea of what I wanted with a flair of professionalism you donโt get to see everyday. His attitude & energy made me feel like I could trust him. Excellent customer service and professional staff. Marc was fantastic, he made the process very easy. There was no issue with organising a test drive. Marc also sent us a video of the car we had been looking at which allowed us to review the car again in our own time. We were also able to do a lot of the paperwork in advance of collecting the car by providing the documents via email which was great.
My experience with Johnson and Perrott is the fact they notify you in advance of say a service etc easily booked in warm friendly atmosphere when dropping off the car.
I have regaled many people now with tales of our recent J&P experience and it sounds so farfetched that people think I'm making it up. It's far too ridiculous and long winded to summarise properly in an online review like this but I'd love the opportunity to speak to J&P manager about our customer journey. A year after ordering our car, we finally received it. The day we went to collect it, we still didn't know how much we owed, whether we had paid a deposit and until the day we got an email saying it had arrived, we had totally given up on it ever arriving. Giving our overall experience, I can only give it two stars and those stars are purely because the last guy we dealt with there is a really lovely fella and we could tell he did his best in what was an absolutely nightmare situation.
Your representative Andrew in the Douglas office was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The Kia Sportage K3 meets my expectations. The 7 year warranty is a great comfort and was the main reason we choose the Kia over other brands. Many Thanks

this was my second time doing business with J&P and I was, as always, very impressed with the high quality of Customer provide was the staff of P & G during the sale of the vehicle and after-Sales device. particularly noteworthy for their very high standard of Customer care were John & Peter, of Sales.
My car went in late in the evening, I received the issues via email to make decisions on and I was able to collect my car the following afternoon. Quick and painless.

Our vehicle had very low milage and there was a mechanical fault. J &P arranged to have the majority covered under warranty and they gave us a replacement car while we waited for parts. Communication and updates were excellent.

Dan O Neill is the man you need if you don't know where to start. He knew every car inside out and back to front. I told him all the things I wanted and all the things I didn't want and he found me my perfect car. I went into the garage clueless, didn't know where to begin because there was so much choice. But by the end of it Dan O Neill had pointed me towards my new Range Rover & it is everything I asked for and more.
