I’ve written 1 email of complaint on my experience and still not received a response. I also received a survey from Seat with my experience and no response received on that either.
There is a young fella within Volvo service who honestly deserves this review. My Mother, a retired teacher went in to get a service and brakes last week and she said there was a young fella at the desk who made her feel so welcome. He was constantly offering tea or coffee and even a blanket if she got cold. He is an exemplary young man and an inspiration to our younger generation. He was raised in the right home, and is an absolute asset to J&P Volvo. Brendan, thank you so much for everything you did to make my mom feel comfortable.

I had my Seat Arona serviced last Friday and I have to say that I was very happy with the whole experience. The car was spotless when returned and the customer service was excellent. The same goes for when I bought the car last year. I have recommended JPMG to many!

Things of a mechanical nature can break from time to time however it was the exceptional response and customer care from James Barber and the team at J&P Douglas which really mattered here to us as customers. Its gives great piece of mind to know you can rely on them when it counts. Thank you very much.

There is still a light on on the dash of the car . Car was given a quick wash, would have been better not to wash it at all. Very expensive for the service the car was given
On my second vehicle from Johnson and Perrott. I'm having issues with the current car (engine service light) which is out of warranty since January 2023. I will have to wait until mid to end of October (4-6 weeks) before they will have an appointment to run a diagnostics test. I have contacted another Volvo Dealer who will take the car as early as next Monday. Why purchase from this main dealership when there is such a wait for service/repair when you run into a problem. 4-6 weeks wait for a diagnostic is just not acceptable.
Fantastic Experience. We were given great time by the New young Salesperson. He was very patient and gave us good time and advise. His a credit to Johnson and Perrott. Two weeks later we are driving the Volvo of our Dreams.
