Dealing with Brian Kelly from the date we ordered our new kia sorento phev to the day we collect it was a pleasure. We always found Johnson & Perrott motor group very helpful when changing our family vehicle.
Booked in for a routine service after buying a car there 12 months ago. I was dropped my car at 8am and was told it would take 90 minutes. They called with some updates and issues they found which is fair enough but I had to call back 3/4 times for more updates as they never called me back when they said they would with more information. At about 5pm I call them to collect the car because they never told me it was ready. On collection things were not fixed and they charged quite a lot for routine things like changing brake fluid. There was an issue that is covered under warranty that they had to put a claim in for. They said they would call me when the claim is approved and they still never have and they refused to do the work until the claim is approved so I will need to leave my car in for probably another full day due to their lack of updates and urgency with servicing. I would not recommend J&P for either purchasing or follow on servicing.

We originally called looking for Renault Kajar we saw online. Unfortunately it had just been sold but within minutes we got a video to a similar car and some other options. We went in for a test drive where we met Brian and within 30mins we had our new car picked out and deposit paid. He really listened to us and gave us honest and constructive advice. Was told I had thousands of euros worth of ‘necessary work’ to do on my car. Had NCT and passed without so much as a mention of anything. Also told two tyres would cost me €240 each where as best tyres in Banks tyres came in at €180. Volvo bishopstown are ridiculously over charging customers and trying to con them. I don’t appreciate that kind of customer ‘care’.
