Jul 28,2023The car was dirty outside and the windscreen inside was smudged, I assumed a new car would be properly valeted! The charge cable wasn't with the car, I suppose I should have checked before I left however the salesman posted it to my address to rectify the matter. I ordered an exclusive MG4 and expected the roof to be black and the wheel covers to be similar to the ones that you use to advertise the car however they are different. It's kind of false advertising if you deliver a different spec. The black roof looks really good on the white car so I was a little disappointed with that. Sidenote -The MG4 is a great car but there's a few updates needed with the software, it's very buggy and annoying without going into specifics and not having a preset setting is a pain! Hopefully the software will be fixed soon

Jul 28,2023The service staff were friendly and efficient. The only problem was that the computer system let them down, not informing them that we had a service plan and were therefore charged. And they couldn't refund immediately. But was sorted quickly. Otherwise it was a good experience .

Jul 28,2023Very pleased to get the reminder as gave me confidence. I was most impressed by the explanation provided by the manager as to what state the various parts of the car were. Only complaint was that I had to wait almost 6 weeks for the service. Being busy sometimes can be a problem

Jul 28,2023Diesel filter light was staying on they changed the fuel filter but the next day the light came back on so they then changed the diesel filter sensor and the light is staying off now

Jul 25,2023My car broke down two weeks ago due to a clutch- cylinder issue. I picked it up today, having been guaranteed that this will never happen again even though I insisted the car has been faulty pretty much ever since I bought it . Historically has had problems and been brought in for repairs on multiple occasions to no avail. After making the trip home I had to ring the dealership again to make sure the car had been taken for a test drive as the clutch was not engaging properly. I was assured it had been and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, ten minutes later it broke down yet again and I had to leave it on the side of the road. The idea of a replacement vehicle was dismissed completely and I was assured it’s 100 percent safe to drive. I am extremely disappointed and will be in contact with Cppc and the Society of Irish Motor Industry, as I absolutely refuse to step my foot in this particular vehicle.

Subsequently any questions I have had re the technological aspects of the car have been dealt with efficiently and again politely without any hint of a condescending attitude on my lack of technological know how.
