Always frinndly and very good Service
Overall experience was very good, i had crashed my car and was looking for a new car to buy. Sales were very helpful and i was able to find a used car that was what i wanted, however it had not been serviced or tested as it was new to the lot. Car needed to have the “works” done before driving it away which tool longer than expected. When i collect it the quality of the service was fair and the service report was not sent on.
Seamus and all the team at Volvo Cork were a delight to deal with. Really professional and nothing a bother. The handover was very informative and all queries were addressed before we left the forecourt.
Both Dan O Neil and Damien Mongey were a pleasure to deal with. Extremely informative and very professional.

Zero feedback from service ,had to request break down of work completed, still waiting for a part for warranty work .In fact this survey has been sent out a month after the fact !!!!!!

Updating my review following resolution with new customer service manager in JPMG, Gregg Darmody. Following a poor initial service and response on the day, I left additional feedback here and directly with the main dealership and Seat themselves. I was contacted by Gregg who had onboarded after my initial service was completed and was reviewing cases. He took the feedback and gave clear and transparent information as to why the poor experience had occurred. He extended the opportunity to correct the experience which I considered and felt was appropriate given the circumstances. His approach, attention to detail and customer experience was commendable and overall in resolving my concerns and is the difference in me remaining as a customer with JPMG going forward. A big thank you to Gregg and looking forward to dealing with you and JMPG into the future if that standard remains.
Car sale itself went very smooth. Three weeks later and still no tax book. Other than that they have been pretty good to deal with. Got the tax book finally, sent messages to the salesman about a fine we got for non display of a tax disc. No reply at all. Also sent a message regarding the promised back tax that Johnson and perrott promised to pay. Both messages totally ignored and the salesperson has been online (WhatsApp). Not very good after sales service. Will not buy another car off them. They promised they pay the back tax, all they do is ignore you once sale completed. Not about the amount of money to be payed in back tax but all about the principle of it.
A long delay in manufacturing , but after that everything was first class . Sales people were very helpful and kind ( To two Oldies ) went out of their way to help us in every way.
Good service. Really happy with the help and communication and service I received from Michael W. Extremely happy with the car (Cupra Born). Missing 1 star due to the delays on the delivery of the car, while communicated and explained, fell short of expectations.

May 25,2023I got my car over 4 weeks ago. I complained that the hitch wasn’t fixed when I bought it and there was no car manual in the car. I still havent received a reply about it. I sent an email which I was told ye didn’t receive and then I rang and sent an email again and I still haven’t received a reply. Because I’m annoyed now I’m going to start nit picking from the day I picked up the car. The garage was busy so I said was going to get something to eat but was never offered a complementary tea or coffee which I saw when I sat down to wait after I went out to get something to eat and drink! Waiting then for someone that wasn’t made aware that I was waiting on them so wasted another 20mins sitting in reception. So in general I’m annoyed now with the service I’ve received
