Always deal with Peter Punch when changing my car..Amazing man couldn’t do enough for me and I’m always happy with the new car..Any problems he’s onto it straight away and not that i ever have a problem..Staff are amazing aswell 😊Highly recommended..
Despite having previously asked to be removed from their database I was again cold called telling me that our car was overdue a service. It is not overdue, I just choose to bring it to a competent garage that I know will carry out the work to my standards, unlike JPMG who did not. Business must be slow if they're trying to drum up customers. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST! I wouldn't trust you to inflate a tyre.
Twice now I've had my time wasted by Peugeot & J&P service dept. I previously took time off from work to bring my car in for a recall, only to be told I would need to rebook it as they needed both sets of keys. Neither Peugeot Ireland nor the J&P service desk advised me of this. This time, (2nd recall) I brought both keys. Again, took time off work, only to be told the car needed a full battery charge (Hybrid) and I'd have to come back another day. Not sure why they didn't just put it on charge themselves? Would you please inform your customers of what you require before you agree to book recall services and stop wasting everybody's time?

The receptionist was really helpful like so sound . My son was about to sell his 10 year old volvo and a fault needed corrected which they did at a reasonable cost . I asked for a service and they reminded me I didn't need a full service just a mini one so less cost to me . They also did a volvo healthcheck which documents the green light ok car parts and what is amber ie will need fixed in the medium future including brake pads . Great when you're selling a car . I had a fantastic experience with J&P. I dealt with Michael in the Mahon store. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and at no stage did I feel I was getting the hard sell from him. When I collected the car, he spent almost an hour with me going through every feature, and when I had a follow up question with him a few weeks later he was equally as helpful again. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car.
