I have had good service so far (since about May 2013). My machine was in for a service (jura Z5). Took longer than I was informed and had to check up to 'get it moving' (I think). Fortunately I had a backup machine (Nespresso) so I could wait it out. My only other gripe is that the consumables are SOOOO expensive. I don't like paying postage - would rather purchase at a shop (like I used to do in The Netherlands) but it is near impossible to find a dealer who stocks items. Buying bulk is a bit of a risk as my machine must be at least 4-5 years old now - it may break down and then what will I do with all my leftovers?!!

Ordered Claris filters. Jura state that the filters will arrive within 2 days and they always do.
Having just bought the S9, I have been overall very impressed and pleased with the results. To be critical, the machine has a built in frother, which works very well, but whilst I understand the machine is not supplied with a milk container (whilst Jura many various options, certainly initially and container can be used), the cleaning of the frother is stressed, but no cleaning chemical sample is provided. The instructions implies that the frother has to be cleaned using this chemical, so I had to place an order for a bottle of the chemical. On a similar note, there were no coffee samples provided. This may be because this would be introducing sell by dates, which may have stock rotation implications. Nevertheless, when spending the sort of money involved for these machines, perhaps a voucher to be spent in the on-line shop would be appreciated, and may generate repeat purchases on items like the coffee?
Found it all quickly and delivery very fast
I found the products reasonably cheaper but the delivery charges are extraordinary. I was charged £4.95 for something which had a 71p franked stamp on it. I had to pay more for the delivery than the product it-self!! There should be more cheaper delivery options.

I ordered a replacement Water Tank for our ENA 9 which arrived within a few days but unfortunately had some damage to one of the legs. After a brief conversation with customer service I emailed in a picture of the damage. I got an almost immediate response to say that a replacement would be sent the same day, which it was, and that I didn't need to send the damaged item back. So often companies expect you to return faulty items before they send a replacement and so for Jura to do the right thing is very refreshing. A very satisfied customer. :-)
Jura replacement parts and consumables are, in my experience, always in stock and dispatched the same day as my order. They arrive well packaged, usually the next day.
I found the website easy to navigate and the purchase process was straightforward. The purchased article arrived within a few days.

Have had a Jura 9 for 12 months having been living in Stockholm. relocated to UK and found I had lost some small connector for the milk. Searched in vain on line, and calls to UK retailers had no help. I checked the JURA website and found many possibilities so I called the UK Sustomer Service. Answered immediately, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me the part number and I ordered it within 10 minutes. Next day part arrived - Perfect!
Excellent service and brilliant correspondence at every step of your delivery. I would recommend that other delivery services use the same level of efficiency when dealing with customers.
The Jura brand was recommended by a friend that had an earlier machine and which had provided good service. I bought my Jura bean to cup machine to replace a faulty pod based machine that I had purchased previously. From the start the Jura showed what I had been missing in terms of flavour and consistency and I am glad I made the switch.

I ordered water filters and de-scaling tablets. They were sent very quickly.
I order by mistake a wrong part for my Ena 3. Contacted customer service, they been realy helpfull abd replaced straight away.
Efficient and prompt service - postage as always a big % of cost.
