Jan 04,2014I damaged the frother on my Jura coffe maker. Catastrophic to say the least.! So I googled Jura , found the website and within a few minutes I located the part . I did the formality of placing the part in "The shopping basket" paid for it on the secure paypal site. Job done, and now to wait anxiously for a few days for the delivery. OH NO !! Less than twenty four hours later my frother arrived, gave it a quick wash, drank my fresh brewed coffee as normaland said "CHEERS JURA" This is typical of the service I have experienced over the past ten years Many thanks and Happy New Year Noel in Chester

Dec 06,2013The service was prompt but had difficulty taking delivery as we both work long hours and a signature was required. This was frustrating since in the delivery section, I had inidcated a place where the delivery could be left.

Nov 29,2013products ordered arrive swiftly and correctly. However, having had a few problems with our machine and eventually being told to do something not mentioned in the instruction manual, I wrote a polite and helpful letter suggesting they amend their instructions. Silence.
