Oct 11,2013After great consideration and brand comparison I bought the Ena through Peter Maturi in Leeds and it makes fantastic coffee...but, oh dear...I seem to have bought a very expensive disaster. The machine is now with Jura for repair for the third time in the 18 months I have had it. I am furious that I keep getting fobbed off...come on Jura accept I have a rogue machine and give me a brand new replacement. Customer service??? Not what I expect and at the moment I wouldn't reccomend Jura or Peter Maturi to anyone. I'm so very disappointed with manufacturer and retailer.

Oct 03,2013Was not expecting much of a response when I called the helpline, following a blockage and the machine having stopped working. On two previous occasions (separate from this) the machine had been back to the factory under warranty (via the distributor we bought it from) - each time for over a month - only for the same fault to develop within days. Finally solved the problem ourselves by ripping the offending part out and throwing it in the bin (the hopper levelling shovel). So when the machine became blocked and stopped drawing water all together, I was expecting an expensive and probably extensive factory visit (just out of warranty!). In the event I called the support team and they could not have been more patient and helpful. First suggested a range of fixes which I ran through over the phone but which unfortunately did not work. They diagnosed a calcification blockage so I ordered the (mind bogglingly expensive) Jura tablets. When they arrived they again took me through the process step by step and bingo - Z7 back as healthy as ever. Was very pleasantly surprised at the level of telephone support and the team were both knowledgeable and patient. Thank you

Aug 29,2013I purchased a replacement lid for the Cool Control on our company Jura coffee machine, The online ordering was easy and I was informed every step of the way regarding delivery. The item arrived the very next day, very prompt delivery. However, I did think that the cost of the item (a lid!) was expensive at £35.00, but as the Cool Control was not working due to the faulty lid, it was necessary to replace it.

The man I spoke with knew exact what part and on one what machine I was talking about straight away...out of all the possible parts on all the possible machines they supply. Just really happy with the service provided.
