I ordered various parts for my machine and discovered they were the wrong size , I called them to explain and they gave me a refund no quibble . I would defiantly use them again.

I would recommend Jura (coffee machines and coffee) to every one. I have Impressa C9 for about 4 years and up to now every cup of coffee or cappuccino is a great experience
Our coffee machine had sprung a leak just before Christmas - the guys at Jura were fantastic, they promptly got the box out to us to return the coffee machine in. The machine was returned and they kept us informed the entire time as to how the repair was progressing - they even 'phoned en route to their office Christmas lunch to make sure we had the details of the delivery number so we could trace the return to make sure the machine was back with us before Christmas.
Not only is my Jura a beautiful machine but it makes the best coffee I have ever tasted. It is such a luxury to get up every morning and have an espresso and then a perfect cappucino later in the day. Excellent value considering the quality. Thanks Jura - can't fault a thing
Being able to get a great cup of coffee whenever you want, at a touch of a button is great. Yes, it does mean cleaning the machine daily and getting supplies of water filters and cleaning tablets from time to time. The Jura UK site lets me get the supplies I need very quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I thoroughly recommend the company.
You should change to Jura coffee, it's consistently good and the service is excellent.

I have ordered spares and products from Jura on several occasions. Each time I have been 100% satisfied with the service offered. I have had a couple of queries but they were answered promptly. I cannot recommend Jura highly enough.
Cleaning the machine around the nozzle heads is not easy due to shape and closeness to the body. This refers to the coffee dispencers. Otherwise happy and is used every day
Found the spare part i needed on the website. I was pleasantly surprised that it was available so ordeed on line and recieved the spare quickly.
Not entirely happy with the follow up costs (cleaning tablets and filter etc) but other than that completely satisfied
I am trying to sell my Jura Giga X7, are you interested? Next time, just purchase a barrista if you want to make real cappucino. no one in the UK will accept such quality of cappuccino The maintenance is heavy and costly.
I recently needed to order some new rubber "nipples" for our commercial coffee machine as we often find them go missing being that they are very small. They are tiny and made of rubber do are very light and cost next to nothing. I bought three and a normal sized envelope would have been adequate but I was charged £4.95 as if I had ordered a box of bricks from overseas. I really think the postage costs should be calculated as per the item you are ordering.
My experience with customer service for cleaning and maintenance products has been very good. The technical assistance has been very helpful.
The machine makes excellent coffee is easy to use and maintain. It was east to set up and has worked perfectly at all times. Expensive but value for money. Whenever any maintenance products are required they are easy to order and arrive when promised.

I have enjoyed using their coffee machines so much. I live in London and my machine is in my flat in Switzerland. While I sometimes find it difficult to find the products to service the machine locally difficult (my village is a car free one on top of a mountain), the online service is quick and easy.
