Mar 02,2014The machine itself looks amazing but i am not happy wiith the temperature & milk foam. When you make cappuccino, the milk temperature is so low and it doesnt make enough foam even after a good clean of machine. When you have first sip, it is like a cooffe which has cooled down for some time. I cant believe that i paid around £2300 for this. So dissapiinting...

Jan 29,2014I bought the Jura as it goes with my machine and my older automatic milk frother had packed up. Its extremely stylish, stainless steel outer, and an unusual shape an oval beaker, with no handle, I previously owned a Dualit at home and I have a Melitta Milk frother in the office,the Jura is more stylish, I love the coloured electronic buttons at the front which make it very clear to see which of the three modes you have selected, I like the whisk blade storage underneath the appliance, however I have to confess I am disappointed with its performance, it takes alot longer to heat up then my other two appliances, over four minutes....and the froth density and quantity is less, you have barely enough froth for one cappucino, regardless of using skimmed semi skimmed or full cream milk, i think this could be rectified with the whisk being wider and looped, however the milk is not as hot, and am not sure why this is...and if it also is another reason for the smaller quantity of froth. However the service from the staff was amazing, I am currently on maternity leave and was having a meeting at home, and desperately wanted it for the following morning, and they got it delivered to me even though I phoned about 2pm that afternoon, the chap was incredibly helpful, even though their courier had already left he managed to resolve the issue, and it was with me before ten am the following day.

I continue to purchase accessories, maintenance products as well as coffee beans. Quality products, friendly staff who are always helpful, & fast deliveries. Customer satisfaction is their aim. Jan 10,2014I ordered a very small item from Jura, the postage was £4.95 the same price as the item. When it arrived the actual postage cost was £0.71 RIP OFF.

Mar 04,2014The bean cover plastic pin fails, it must have cost pennies but over £10 and excessive postage. Bearing in mind the investment in the machine, having to jam a screwdriver into the microswitch to make coffee until the costly replacement arrives, it might just have been better to offer those three letters when I rang for help... FOC....
