Jul 28,2013The tracking info provided by Jura carrier UPS on its website is totally useless. First they tell you, they'll delivery today. So, you purposefully wait, wait and wait. Then, in the evening, UPS tell you what you already know - that they didn't deliver to you today after all. So much for Jura's FREE delivery service. A complete waste of everyone's time. Shame on you.

Jul 14,2013Having purchased my machine 18 months ago, I sent an email a week ago, using the "contact us" section on the Jura website, requesting help with a problem I'm having with my machine, and no one has had the decency to respond. I have received this email though, asking me to voice my opinion about the service I've received in response to my email; all that's really doing is rubbing salt into my wounds. Because it confirms Jura received my request for help and ignored me - Thanks Jura.

Jul 02,2013I have always found Jura, helpful, professional and very effective. Products are dispatched speedily and well packed and are very much what they are supposed to be... This is one of the reasons I am prepared to pay a little more for their products since I know what I am getting. As I said, they are not the cheapest products on the market, but are high quality and give years of very good service.
