Jul 28,2020My mum has been waiting roughly 4 months for blinds to arrive, now having received - the blind rail is bent out of shape so unusable. Even if this weren't the case, no instructions on how to mount the blinds are given (we went to look at a friend's blinds out of curiosity) and only 3 screw mounts are provided (don't know the correct term but the bit that clips onto the blind rail so you can screw it in the wall) when 4 are required. All in all very poor product and won't buy from them again.

Jul 17,2020Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order and received confirmation in June. After a month long wait without any correspondence from them I called for an update. I was told they had been so busy and their staff are on furlough so they have been unable to produce my order yet and now they have run out of that material so I can either have blinds twice the price or cancel my order. Well might just be me but something really doesn’t add up here. The furlough scheme was designed for people whose business had been adversely affected not for companies so busy they can’t fulfill orders. Secondly if you have been unable to produce products to fulfill orders then running out of material is unlikely. Either way it would appear to me to be a way to scam people out of their money for weeks on end. Bad form

Aug 11,2020I contacted just blinds, initially just for a quote. Their team are brilliant. Friendly and helpful but very professional. Quote was a little more than some other places but for the quality and great customer service, it was worth paying that little bit more. I will certainly recommend to all my friends and family!
