Ordered new slats from just blinds to replace original ones that were damaged during decorating (not from just blinds). We were advised that due to covid there may be delays. However we received the parts in very prompt time and received excellent communication and service throughout. The blind slats are good quality and look better than the original one's. Very pleased and highly recommend this company.weights and ties are included so ready to hang.

I ordered replacement slat blinds for my kitchen, gave exact measurements and chose my colour from a wide choice. And I got exactly what I ordered. So delighted with my blinds! Very easy to place order on the website and was kept informed on the progress of my order. Great quality blinds!

We needed some new blinds, but our existing rail was fine, so ordered new made to measure slats. Ordered online after checking reviews etc. On placing order was advised delivery may be longer than standard due to staff shortages due to Covid. Our order arrived in perfectly acceptable timescales. The slats were excellent quality and correct measurement. The weights, cord and hangers were all included. Courier delivery, kept informed of order progress via email. Excellent product, excellent service.

i ordered a vertical blind i knew there would be a delay due to covid my order arrived with wrong brackets mon 12th i was assured they were in the post so far nothing just same excuse in the post i realise now they have no intention of sending them leaving me wondering how to put the blind up just blinds could,nt care less

Absolutely delighted with the replacement vertical slats for my blinds. Great quality and a great price. Due to going through difficult time due to covid my blinds still arrived in about 2 weeks. Will definitely use Just Blinds again.

Ordered just one set of slats initially to replace old ones. They arrived within the time scale and we are very happy with them. We then ordered another set which also came quickly and fit perfectly! Thanks Justblinds, may replace all the blinds in the house bit by bit!

From ringing just blinds to booking an appointment, to Nathan coming out to measure for a bathroom roller blind to Paul coming out fitting , all done with excellent service and social distances adhere to would highly recommend Just blinds thank you

I ordered PVC slats on the website, 5 inch ones are getting hard to find, and they were so helpful sending me a sample and sorting out the perfect colour at that width at a great price. I recieved the slats really quickly and hung them by myself! Fully recommend the website and the really lovely office staff get gold stars all round!

Ordered 2 vertical blinds on 15July, eventually received 20th August. Okay with prolonged wait, then the problems started! No spacers fitted to centre parting rails!!? Not enough chains for two blinds, 1 marked slat and one missing slat, complained numerous times by email and phone, nearly a week later parcel arrived, four spacers arrived, took ages to work out how to fit! missing slat enclosed, great! replacement slat too long and no chain!? More phone calls and emails later eventually got what I ordered, blinds are average quality, not really worth the money and definitely not worth the hassle!! Will never order from this company again, would like to give minus star rating!!

Well after initially researching for a reputable company to supply me with vertical blinds for my lounge I opted for Just Blinds based on the majority of the reviews being positive. I'm now regretting selecting this company. I have emailed twice to enquire when my order is likely to be dispatched. The initial order confirmation stated a 3 week wait which is understandable due to the current situation. I ordered blinds on 27th July 2020 and paid for delivery. I emailed on 11th August just asking for a delivery date and got a generic response back stating delivery leadtime is 3-4 weeks. Emailed again on 26th August and was informed no delivery date and that I would get an email advising of delivery date. If you are unable to fulfill your order book in a timely manner then tell the truth to your customers. I paid you in full on 27th July 2020 and have yet to receive my goods, would you like it if you ordered something and didn't get the goods in the stated timescale???? Personally I am regretting purchasing, especially after reading the negative comments about damaged / faulty products etc. Just Blinds, you have until Monday 7th September 2020 to deliver my goods, otherwise I will be contacting my bank to reverse the transaction as you are in breach of your original estimated manufacture timescale and I will be cancelling my order.

I am appalled at the service of Just Blinds and am writing this to warn other potential customers away from this company. Initial blinds consultation was fine, the man that visited the house arrived promptly and gave a reasonable quote. Our fitting date was secured, then pushed back a further week without reason. When the fitter arrived to put our blinds up, he discovered one of them was smashed to pieces - where was the quality control? The office then agreed to knock the amount off our final bill for the inconvenience and told us we'd have to wait at least two weeks for a new blind to arrive and be fitted (the fitter mentioned they are shipped in from China). Overall we were not happy with the quality of the blinds, they feel thin and cheap, some of them don't close all the way as they are too wide (which we should have been warned about at the initial consultation) and there were several chips on them. We decided not to kick up a fuss as this is the risk you take sometimes, and we had had some money knocked off the bill for the broken blinds. We then had our new fitting appointment to replace our broken blind, which again got pushed back by a week. The receptionist 'didn't know' why this was. Today was the day of our fitting, we were told the fitter would be here between 12pm and 5pm and got a call from the fitter at 9am saying he was on his way, luckily we hadn't left the house yet. He then put the new blind up and asked us to pay for it. We explained that this had been knocked off our final bill but he rang the office who told him we had to pay or the blind would be taken away. We felt intimidated to pay so we did. We then rang the company and was put through to a receptionist who tried to help resolve the complaint but wasn't backed up by management who refused to speak to us on the phone and were basically told they weren't willing to do anything to remedy the situation. We're obviously furious and will not be using (and will be actively NOT recommending) this company ever again.

It was not a good start when they did not turn up for the measurements appointment and when I called they said it was the following week even though I had confirmed the date on the phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered as it was good value for money. We ordered the blind back in July and was given a fitting date for the start of August. This was then put back twice. When the fitting day arrived I was told it would be a PM slot and he would call before arrival. At 3.45 I called just to make sure when we’re still coming today and was told yes and to be patient he will call. At 5pm I called the office again and was told he will be with you today but we closing now. At 5.15pm the fitter arrived (Without a phone call first). He was a pleasant enough man who worked quickly. However he did not have a very professional appearance. The blind itself if of an OK standard for the price.

I got Just Blinds in for a quote on 5 windows, 4 of them being quite large in width and drop. I got 2 other companies in too and Just Blinds were the best quote for what I needed with a fast turn around time. 5 Roller Blinds in 4 rooms, 1 small ish, 4 large, with brushed steel chains and brushed steel roller blind boxes with matching blind fabric in the front were under £550 with installation. The young man came and did all the measuring and realised I had cats, and that I wanted 2 blinds in a bathroom. He suggested the PVC blinds which were anti mold and wipe able, plus were more durable with the cats jumping on and off the window sills. He brought several options of colours and patterns and I chose what I wanted, paid in full and booked in my installation there and then. The build and Installation time was 2 weeks which is fast, especially during the current COVID 19 climate. Booking a quote, order, paying and booking in an installation date was, straight forward and they all look great. I would defiantly recommend Just Blinds to others, they are great value for money and try and provide something that meets your needs. The only thing I would have liked was a confirmation text or email the day before confirming they were coming on my booked date. I called in and checked as I was unsure the day before it was 100% going ahead. But when I called they confirmed they would be fitted the following afternoon.

i placed an order on the 25/6/20 there was a bit about the virus but it was not plan that within this folder that there was a delay with orders as I thought it was about the virus only It was on the 27/6/20 I received an email stating that it would be another 4 week delay I can appreciate the at these times are bad but it's my decision to go a head with the order or not (yes I would have still order the item) If they did not try to deceive me in the first place I would not be doing this review I also ask them to pass on my emails to the CEO but to date I have had no reply again if he had contacted me I would not have done this review My first review had something that was not to Trustpilot format so I adjusted it what surprised me how quick Just-Blinds responded to the review if only they responded to keeping us informed

I was told that I would receive my blinds in August. By the 14th of August they still had not come. I phoned to ask where they were, I was told they wouldn't coming until October now. Extremely frustrating, had I not phoned I would have continued waiting. Very frustrating experience, extremely poor communication.
